Measured from the date of each applicable payment. The refundable amount depends on the purchase type below.
1. Company and scope
These terms cover purchases from Weitl Enterprises LLC, including publications, digital products, online learning, consulting, coaching, and live training. Product-specific details and any signed engagement agreement must be provided before payment.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The total, including applicable tax, shipping, and other disclosed charges, is shown before payment. Service prices described as “from” are starting fees; final scope and fees are agreed in writing. Payments are one-time charges. Any future recurring arrangement requires separate, explicit consent. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe.
3. Refund request window
Send a refund request within 180 calendar days after the applicable payment date. For separately billed installments, each payment has its own 180-day request window. This window does not reduce any cancellation, warranty, or refund rights provided by applicable law. Eligibility and the refundable amount depend on the purchase type below.
4. Treatment by purchase type
Books and physical products
Return the item in reasonably good condition for a refund of its purchase price and applicable tax. Contact us for return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping is not refunded and the customer pays return shipping. We cover reasonable return shipping and refund original standard shipping when an item is incorrect or defective.
Digital products and self-paced learning
Eligible for a refund within the 180-day request window. Access and the right to use refunded content end when the refund is issued. This does not create availability for products or paid enrollment that have not launched.
Consulting, custom work, coaching, and live training
Refund prepaid amounts attributable to work not performed or sessions not delivered. Completed work and delivered sessions remain payable at the agreed rates. Any signed engagement terms must identify scope, milestones, and cancellation arrangements before payment.
5. Requesting and processing a refund
Email peter@weitlenterprises.com with your name, order or invoice number, payment date, item or service, and a brief explanation. Keep your receipt. We will confirm the amount and any return or access-cancellation steps. Approved refunds are submitted promptly to the original payment method; the bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. Any earlier refund deadline imposed by law takes priority. Store credit is not substituted for a required monetary refund without your agreement.
6. Delivery, appointments, and cancellations
The order description or written engagement confirms the delivery format, timing, service dates, and agreed deliverables. Coming-soon listings do not accept orders unless expressly opened for purchase or preorder with clear fulfillment terms. If physical merchandise cannot ship on time, we will provide the required delay notice and cancellation/refund option, seek consent to a delay when required, or cancel and refund the unshipped order. If we cancel an undelivered service or training session and no replacement is agreed, the related prepayment will be refunded.
7. Materials and service expectations
Publications and learning materials are licensed for the use described in the offer. Recording, redistribution, or wider commercial reuse requires permission or a separate license. Educational materials provide general information. Consulting and training deliver the agreed work or instruction; they do not promise a particular financial, employment, examination, or regulatory outcome.
8. Questions and protected rights
Please contact Weitl Enterprises LLC about a billing error, duplicate charge, damaged item, delivery problem, or concern about a service. Nothing in these terms removes statutory rights, lawful payment disputes, or remedies that cannot be waived. Changes apply prospectively to new purchases; the terms agreed for an existing purchase remain applicable unless a lawful change is agreed.
